With a 93% National Quality of Service (QOS) Rating, GE Appliance Repair is pleased to offer their customers an industry leading warranty on all household GE appliances, no matter their age. This limited warranty includes:
- Genuine GE Parts
- 5-Year Limited Part Warranty
- 30-Day Limited Labor Warranty
If the part listed on your service invoice fails within five (5) years as a result of normal use of the part and appliance, a GE Factory Trained Technician will replace that part during your next service call, for free, as long as the original part purchaser owns the product on which the part was installed.
The warranty covers only replacement parts installed on the appliance. It does not cover any other applicable charges such as labor, home call, installation fees, or other. Home call fee and installation cost will apply.
Water filters are warranted for 30 days.
